Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, project coordination, and customer support. Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Provide administrative support such as transcribing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining records - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed Experience: - Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience in customer support or front desk operations is preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Event planning experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
